As much as I love rock and roll there are other musical styles impossible to resist… something similar to Sinatra but cuter.
This canadian boy who is such a
cutie great singer has already 3 Grammy and his name is known worldwide: Bublé, Michael Bublé 😉
His best sold album is called “It’s time” (it sold 8 million copies) even though I like better the name of his next album called “Call me irresponsible”
I can’t deny that the extense soundtrack in his second album released in 2005 is amazing, including today’s song “Save the last dance for me”.
The official music video of this particular song (and the lyrics too) reminds us of that movie staring Richard Gere and Jennifer Lopez “Shall we dance?” with the couples taking dance classes on a studio and falling in love at the same time…
Actually when you listen to this song it gots that effect: it makes you feel like you are learning something new and you can’t help feeling in love with that easy going rhythm ❤ and unlike what the lyrics suggest, you can keep falling in love to this song without caring who you’ll dance with at last (:
And if it is useful in another way is because it makes you feel like dancing too! Or learning how to dance (!)
…And don’t forget the lyrics :
You can dance, every dance with the guy who gives you the eye, let him hold you tight
You can smile, every smile for the man who held your hand neath the pale moon light
But don’t forget who’s takin’ you home and in whose arms you’re gonna be,
so darlin’ save the last dance for me
Oh I know that the music’s fine like sparklin’ wine, go and have your fun
Laugh and sing, but while we’re apart don’t give your heart to anyone
But don’t forget who’s takin’ you home and in whose arms you’re gonna be
So darlin’ save the last dance for me!
Baby don’t you know I love you so
Can’t you feel it when we touch?
I will never, never let you go!
I love you (oh) so much
You can dance, go and carry on ‘till the night is gone and it’s time to go
If he asks if you’re all alone, can he walk you home, you must tell him no
‘Cause don’t forget who’s taking you home and in whose arms you’re gonna be
Save the last dance for me
Oh baby won’t you save the last dance for me
Oh baby won’t you promise that you’ll save,
The last dance for me
Save the last dance, the very last dance for me…
